Will unused characters be credited to me in the next period?

In your profile, under "Available characters ", you can see how many characters you have left in total. This character credit is the sum of subscription and prepaid.

If you have purchased a subscription, the character credit will be reset to the starting value of characters on a monthly or annual basis.

The prepaid character credit is the credit from one-off purchases. It is not automatically reset. We give each subscriber a one-off gift of 54,000 analysis characters and 9,000 simplification characters.
