How can I switch from an annual to a monthly payment?

To do this, open the character overview in the menu under "Available characters".

Click on the "Manage account" button. Select the "Monthly" option. Click on continue. You can view the details of your new account in this window. Click on "Confirm".

You have now switched from annual to monthly payment.
